Here is a bit of info on our pricing. We make it nice and affordable:
When you sign up you will have a totally FREE account which allows you to create unlimited class/workshop sessions, schedule up to 20 appointments per month, and use our marketing and reporting tools. Now, if you book more than 20 appointments a month, you can always turn on the Unlimited Appointments add on and book away!
Once Unlimited Appointments is enabled, pricing is based on how many providers you have in your account:
• 1 provider: $20/month
• 2-5 providers: $30/month
• 6-10 providers: $40/month
• 11+ providers: $50/month
A provider is anyone who offers a service and who clients will be booking with. For example, a yoga teacher, massage therapist, or counselor!
We have other add-ons you may like to check out as well. They're each $5/month for single-provider accounts and $10/month for group accounts and I've listed them out with some extra details right here:
- Client Text Reminders: Email notifications are included in your account for free, but texts are on the rise so we offer texts as well!
- Payment Integration: This allows you to process your clients' credit card payments directly through Schedulicity! You have your choice of using our integration with the online payment processors Square or Stripe. This is the only add-on that has additional payment processing fees associated.
- Package Management: This is the option to sell and track session-based packages for your clients. Super cool!
- Auto Billing: This option allows you to charge your clients monthly for unlimited classes and workshops. Once you have set a client up with auto billing, they can book classes or workshops on their end without submitting any payment. You can also access an auto billing report to see estimated monthly revenue from subscriptions and view all active and failed subscriptions in one place. The add-on is currently offered for unlimited classes and workshops, as well as a set amount of services per month!
There is an add-on that's specific for managing Multiple Location accounts. This one's just $5 for all accounts levels and we'd love to chat about it further if this is something you need!
We also just introduced our first Advanced Option! The Automated Marketing Option allows you to create automatic Thank You, Birthday, Time to Book, and Re-Engagement emails to keep you in touch with your clients while you work! After a quick setup, the feature runs in the background, increasing your revenue while also saving you money. We're offering this awesome feature for $25/month for businesses who have from 1 to 5 providers and $50/month for 6 providers and up.
