We know that keeping your clients’ safety in mind is of utmost importance to you—it’s important to us, too. With our Waivers tool, you’re able to provide a liability waiver for your clients to acknowledge during the booking process, update the waiver as needed, and track which of your clients have acknowledged them and which have not. 

Rather have them sign it when they come into class? That’s great – you can still track your clients’ acknowledgements manually through Schedulicity as well. Either way, you can rest assured that your clients are aware of any risks involved with their visit, leaving you with one less thing to worry about on your list.

Waivers for Classes

  1. Click on the three lines in the top left, and head to Settings in the Schedulicity dashboard
  2. Click on the "Policies" tile
  3. Select the "Class Policies" tile
  4. Enter your liability waiver in the text box below “Class Waivers”
  5. If you'd like to require clients to acknowledge the waiver when booking online, click on the checkmark beside "Display waiver online"
  6. Once your waiver is entered, save your changes!

Waivers for Workshops

  1. Click on the three lines in the top left, and head to Settings in the Schedulicity dashboard
  2. Click on the "Policies" tile
  3. Select the "Workshop Policies" tile
  4. Enter your liability waiver in the text box below “Workshop Waivers”
  5. If you'd like to require clients to acknowledge the waiver when booking online, click on the checkmark beside "Display waiver online"
  6. Once your waiver is entered, save your changes!

Waivers for Services

  1. Click on the three lines in the top left, and head to Settings in the Schedulicity dashboard
  2. Click on the "Policies" tile
  3. Select the "Appointment Policies" tile
  4. Enter your liability waiver in the text box below “Appointment Waivers”
  5. If you'd like to require clients to acknowledge the waiver when booking online, click on the checkmark beside "Display waiver online"
  6. Once your waiver is entered, save your changes!

After that, your clients will be prompted to acknowledge your liability waiver before they can confirm their booking or enrollment!
