With our Waivers tool, you’re able to provide a liability waiver for your clients to acknowledge during the booking process, update the waiver as needed, and track which of your clients have acknowledged them and which have not.
💡 Pro tip: If you make changes to an existing waiver, your clients will need to re-acknowledge your liability waiver next time they book so they'll be well aware of the changes.
Rather have them sign it when they come into class? That’s great – you can still track your clients’ acknowledgements manually through Schedulicity as well. Either way, you can rest assured that your clients are aware of any risks involved with their visit, leaving you with one less thing to worry about on your list.

How do I track my client's waiver status?
You’re able to track your students’ waiver acknowledgements from their client profile, as well as acknowledge it on their behalf—if you have a client who prefers to book with you or enroll in classes in person for instance.
If you need to manually acknowledge a liability waiver on your client’s behalf (or check on their waiver status), here is how you can do just that:
Go to the Client List and select your client’s name from the client list
Under the "Waivers" area, either acknowledge a class, workshop, or appointment waiver by clicking on the “Acknowledge” button or update their online waiver status by clicking on the “Update” button
Save your changes!
When you go to check on your client’s waiver status, you’ll see one of three options! Here’s what they mean so you know what to look for:
"Waiver not acknowledged" -- A client hasn’t acknowledged your waiver at all
"Updated on [date of acknowledgement]" -- They have acknowledged your waiver
"(out of date)" -- You’ve made an update to your waiver and your client hasn’t seen it yet
