We know that keeping your clients’ safety in mind is of utmost importance to you – it’s important to us, too. With our Waivers tool, you’re able to provide a liability waiver for your clients to acknowledge during the booking process, update the waiver as needed, and track which one of your clients have seen them and which have not. 

Rather have them sign it when they come into class? That’s great – you can still track your clients’ acknowledgements manually through Schedulicity as well. Either way, you can rest assured that your clients are aware of any risks involved with their visit, leaving you with one less thing to worry about on your list.

To set up an liability waiver for your classes, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Settings area in the Schedulicity dashboard
  2. Click on the Policies tile
  3. Select the Class Policies tile
  4. Under “Class Waivers,” click on the checkmark beside "Display waiver online when your clients are booking"
  5. Additionally, you can enter your liability waiver in the text box below
  6. Once your online class waiver is entered, save your changes!

Meanwhile, if you would prefer to set up an liability waiver for your workshops, you can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Settings area
  2. Click on the Policies tile
  3. Select the Workshop Policies tile
  4. Under “Workshop Waivers,” click on the checkmark beside "Display waiver online when your clients are booking"
  5. Additionally, you can enter your liability waiver in the text box below
  6. Once your online waiver is entered, save your changes!

After that, your clients will be prompted to acknowledge your liability waiver for either your class or your workshop before they're allowed to book with you!
