🎁 Pro Tips:


βœ‚οΈ Checkout a client for a Service:

  1. Click on your appointment via the Appointment Calendar -> select Checkout

  2. Review pricing -> to edit pricing click the three dots to the right of the service

  3. Select + Add Item -> to add Custom Item, Product, Package, or an additional Service

  4. Click + Add Discount -> to add a discount to entire ticket -> or click the three dots on the right to add a discount to a specific line item

  5. Review your ticket -> click Continue

  6. Select Payment Method -> Pay by Text, Scan QR Code, Card Reader, +New Credit Card, Card on File, Cash, Check, Gift Card, or Other.

  7. Add a tip -> optional signature -> or a note

  8. Select Complete -> print or email the receipt for the client


πŸ“š Checkout for a Class or Workshop:

  1. Click on your Class or Workshop -> via the Class Calendar -> this opens your Class/Workshop Roster

  2. Click Checkout to the right of the client's name

  3. Review Pricing

  4. Select + Add Item -> to add Custom Item, Product, or Package

  5. Click on 3 dots -> to Add Discount or Apply a Package Session

  6. Review your ticket -> click Continue

  7. Select Payment Method -> Pay by Text, Scan QR Code, Card Reader, +New Credit Card, Card on File, Cash, Check, Gift Card, or Other.

  8. Add a tip -> optional signature -> or a note

  9. Select Complete -> print or email the receipt for the client


Collect a Partial Payment for a Booking:

☎️ If you're booking for a client and need to collect a deposit -> walk through these steps.

  1. Click on the appointment via the Appointment Calendar -> select Checkout

  2. Next to the service -> click on the three dots -> select Accept Payment

  3. Enter the amount to be charged -> click Continue

  4. Select Payment Method -> Pay by Text, Scan QR Code, Card Reader, +New Credit Card, Card on File, Cash, Check, Gift Card, or Other.

  5. Add a tip -> optional signature -> or a note

  6. Select Complete -> print or email the receipt for the client


Collect a Split Payment for a Booking:

  1. Click on the appointment via the Appointment Calendar -> select Checkout, or the Class/Workshop you'd like to charge -> click Checkout

  2. To the right of the Service or Class -> click the three dots -> select Accept Payment

  3. Enter the amount you'd like to collect for the first tender type -> click Continue

  4. Select tender type -> add a gratuity if you like -> then Complete

  5. Re-open checkout -> confirm amount to charge for the remaining balance -> click Continue

  6. Select the tender type -> add a gratuity if you like -> click Complete


πŸ–¨οΈ Reprint or Resend a Receipt:

  1. From the full site (not the iOS app) navigate to the client's appointment you'd like to resend a receipt for

  2. Click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner to open Checkout

  3. At the top of the checkout details, you'll see the payment that was made for the appointment (if the appointment was paid for with more than one transaction, for example prepaying a deposit, and then settling the balance, you'll see each of those payments called out separately). Click on the payment you'd like to resend a receipt for.

  4. Use the "Email Receipt" or "Print Receipt" buttons to get another copy of that receipt out to your client! πŸ™Œ
