Charge a client for a Product or Package, without an appointment via Quick Checkout.
ALL the ways you can charge a client via Schedulicity.
Customize Gratuity -> Default gratuity is 18%, 20% and 25%. Head to your payment policies to customize your gratuity settings.
βοΈ Checkout a client for a Service:
Click on your appointment via the Appointment Calendar -> select Checkout
Review pricing -> to edit pricing click the three dots to the right of the service
Select + Add Item -> to add Custom Item, Product, Package, or an additional Service
Click + Add Discount -> to add a discount to entire ticket -> or click the three dots on the right to add a discount to a specific line item
Review your ticket -> click Continue
Select Payment Method -> Pay by Text, Scan QR Code, Card Reader, +New Credit Card, Card on File, Cash, Check, Gift Card, or Other.
Add a tip -> optional signature -> or a note
Select Complete -> print or email the receipt for the client
π Checkout for a Class or Workshop:
Click on your Class or Workshop -> via the Class Calendar -> this opens your Class/Workshop Roster
Click Checkout to the right of the client's name
Review Pricing
Select + Add Item -> to add Custom Item, Product, or Package
Click on 3 dots -> to Add Discount or Apply a Package Session
Review your ticket -> click Continue
Select Payment Method -> Pay by Text, Scan QR Code, Card Reader, +New Credit Card, Card on File, Cash, Check, Gift Card, or Other.
Add a tip -> optional signature -> or a note
Select Complete -> print or email the receipt for the client
Collect a Partial Payment for a Booking:
βοΈ If you're booking for a client and need to collect a deposit -> walk through these steps.
Book the appointment for your client
Click on the appointment via the Appointment Calendar -> select Checkout
Next to the service -> click on the three dots -> select Accept Payment
Enter the amount to be charged -> click Continue
Select Payment Method -> Pay by Text, Scan QR Code, Card Reader, +New Credit Card, Card on File, Cash, Check, Gift Card, or Other.
Add a tip -> optional signature -> or a note
Select Complete -> print or email the receipt for the client
Collect a Split Payment for a Booking:
Click on the appointment via the Appointment Calendar -> select Checkout, or the Class/Workshop you'd like to charge -> click Checkout
To the right of the Service or Class -> click the three dots -> select Accept Payment
Enter the amount you'd like to collect for the first tender type -> click Continue
Select tender type -> add a gratuity if you like -> then Complete
Re-open checkout -> confirm amount to charge for the remaining balance -> click Continue
Select the tender type -> add a gratuity if you like -> click Complete
π¨οΈ Reprint or Resend a Receipt:
From the full site (not the iOS app) navigate to the client's appointment you'd like to resend a receipt for
Click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner to open Checkout
At the top of the checkout details, you'll see the payment that was made for the appointment (if the appointment was paid for with more than one transaction, for example prepaying a deposit, and then settling the balance, you'll see each of those payments called out separately). Click on the payment you'd like to resend a receipt for.
Use the "Email Receipt" or "Print Receipt" buttons to get another copy of that receipt out to your client! π
