💳 If you're connected to a payment processor, you have the ability to save a credit card to a client's profile.

How do I save a credit card to the client's profile?
Store a payment method to a client's profile directly:
Head to your Client List
Search for your client -> select your client from the list
Click Add a Card at the top
Enter Name on card, card number, expiration, CVV, and email
Confirm that your client has given permission to have their card stored securely within your payment processing account -> Save
Add a Card While booking an appointment:
Head to the Appointment Calendar and start booking a new appointment
Once on the New Appointment screen -> add your client
Click on the down arrow below their name -> select + Add Payment Method
Enter name, card number, expiration, CVV, and email
Confirm that your client has given permission to have their card stored securely within your payment processing account
Save your changes and continue booking the appointment
❗ You’ll see the last 4 digits of the encrypted card saved to your client's profile.
How can I delete a card from my Client's profile?
Head to your Client List
Search for your client -> select your client from the list
Click the trash can icon next to the card -> confirm deletion
How can my client add a card on their own?
Schedulicity has a handful of ways clients can add their card to our Client List 👜
Add a Card From the Client Booking Account
Log into Schedulicity at www.schedulicity.com
Select the three-lines in the upper left -> choose My Preferences
Find the business from the list (Your Favorites) -> select + Add a Card
Fill in their info and Save
Add a Card After booking an appointment
After the booking processes, clients have the option to add a payment method to make checkout a breeze 🌬️
Add a Card from Email Confirmations & Reminder Emails
If clients don't have a payment method saved, they can add their payment method via appointment confirmations and reminder emails.
❗ If you don't want clients to see the option to add a card after booking online or via confirmation and reminder emails -> reach out to our Customer Support Team to turn this off.
Can I require clients to enter a card when booking online?
Set up your Services/Classes/Workshops so that clients are required to pay in full, pay a deposit, or enter a card. After booking, payment information will be saved for next time 👍
