Whether you'r rocking payments with Schedulicity Pay, Square or Stripe, you have the ability to save a client's credit card or re-save a client's card after changing payment processors. You can add a card by going right through a client's profile do or while booking. 💳 

To store a card to a client’s profile, check out these steps in the Schedulicity dashboard:

  1. Head to the Clients tab and open your client's profile
  2. Choose the option to "add a card" at the top of the page
  3. Enter the client's name, CC number, expiration, CVV, email, and zip code
  4. Confirm that your client has given their permission to have their card stored securely within your payment processing account
  5. Save!

Want to do it while booking instead? You’ll want to follow these steps, then:

  1. Go to the Appointment Calendar and start booking a new appointment
  2. Once you’re on the New Appointment page, add your client to the appointment
  3. If the client doesn’t have a card on file, the “add a card” option will appear
  4. Enter the client's name, CC number, expiration, CVV, email, and zip code
  5. Confirm that your client has given their permission to have their card stored securely within your payment processing account
  6. From there, save your changes and continue booking the appointment!

Either way, you’ll see the last 4 digits of the card on file. Now, you can always remove the card by clicking on the trash can icon or edit if needed!
