Whether you're rocking payments with Schedulicity Pay or Stripe if you're up in Canada, you have the ability to save a client's payment info or re-add it after changing payment processors. You can add payment info by going right through a client's profile or while booking, plus clients can add payment info on their end too. 💳 

Store a Payment info to a Client's Profile Directly:

  1. Click the three lines in the upper left and head to the Clients tab

  2. Open your client's profile

  3. Choose the option to "add a card" at the top of the page

  4. Enter the client's name, CC number, expiration, CVV, email, and zip code

  5. Confirm that your client has given their permission to have their card stored securely within your payment processing account

  6. Save!

Want to do it while booking an appointment instead? You’ll want to follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Appointment Calendar and start booking a new appointment

  2. Once you’re on the New Appointment page, add your client to the appointment

  3. If the client doesn’t have a card on file, the “add a card” option will appear

  4. Enter the client's name, CC number, expiration, CVV, email, and zip code

  5. Confirm that your client has given their permission to have their card stored securely within your payment processing account

  6. From there, save your changes and continue booking the appointment!

Either way, you’ll see the last 4 digits of the card on file. Now, you can always remove the card by clicking on the trash can icon or edit if needed. 👌

How about if your client wants to add their payment method on their end?

We got ’em covered 😎. Clients can add their payment information right to their client profile by following these steps:

  1. They’ll log into their Schedulicity profile at www.schedulicity.com

  2. Select the navigation menu in the upper left-hand corner (3 striped lines) and choose “My Preferences”

  3. Find the business they wish to add their payment information to and select the “+ Add a Card” button

  4. Fill in their info and finalize with “Save”
