With Schedulicity Pay we've untangled the complexity that comes with payment processing. Process credit card payments right within your Schedulicity account, and move on with your day. Once connected, collect prepayment or deposits when clients book online, or save cards on file for a quick checkout at the end of a visit, plus access to contactless payment with pay by text. What is the Schedulicity Pay Processing Rate?

We've worked hard to offer a competitive rate, while also offering great service:

  • One payment processing rate for all transaction types: 2.6% + $0.10.

All major credit cards are accepted from Visa, MC, Discover and American Express. Additionally, we have flexible check-out options to help you accept tips, add inventory, customize your prices, and add discounts or taxes. You're allowed to decide when you check out as well – from prepay to deposit to at the time of booking. We have slick text to pay and scan options for your clients too!

We take security seriously, with air-tight security measures that are continuously monitored and optimized to ensure that your business and personal data are safe. We achieve this with PCI compliance and secure, tokenized transactions that retains essential info while remaining safe from any potential breeches.

How do I apply?

If all that sounds great and you're ready to get rolling with our built-in payment processor, it's as easy as 1, 2, 3! We've designed our onboarding process so that it's smooth sailing in order to get you ready to charge cards. β›΅

Before diving in, you'll wanna first ensure you have the Unlimited Plan, which is needed to enable payment. Not a member of Schedulicity yet? No problem – you can join here to get started. Either way, you'll want to keep the following items in mind:

  • You'll want to gather your tax ID number, Social Security number, banking account info. May need drivers license, passport or id card if requested.

  • Payment processors don't communicate, so any credit cards you have collected within your previous payment processor will not be passed over to your new one. This will give you a fresh start with your new processor! πŸ’Έβœ¨

When you're ready to rock, here's what you can expect from signing up.

Will current cards on file transfer to Schedulicity Pay?

Payment processors don't communicate, and any credit cards you've collected within your previous payment processor won't be passed over to your new one. This will give you a fresh start with your new processor! πŸ’Έβœ¨

❗If you're using Auto Billing or clients - you'll want to make sure to re add cards to your clients profile to ensure their auto billing goes through for the next month.

In a group account, can we each connect to our own payment processor?

While we don't have a way to tie multiple payment processing accounts to a single shared Schedulicity account, we do have a solution that could work for you, depending on your business set-up!

Linked accounts, included with our Unlimited Plan, allows independent contractors full control of their own Schedulicity account, while also providing a way to link up to the other booth renters in a group salon set up.

  • This allows clients to find and book with any of the independent contractors at a salon from their main salon page via our search portal.

  • While independent contractors can manage their schedule, policies, payments, and client list through their own private account. Learn all about linked accounts here!

Other Payment Integrations

Schedulicity also integrates with Clearent and Stripe for payment processing. To get started with Clearent (3.0% + $.15) or Stripe (2.9% + $.30) head to the Payment tab and choose "Other integrations" then choose either Stripe or Clearent to reconnect or fill out the payment application.
