Edit, cancel a recurring/reoccuring appointment

You can easily set and manage recurring appointments for clients that set up those repeating appointments! Check it out 👀

Create a repeating appointment

  1. From your Appointment Calendar, click on the date and time you'd like on the calendar for the series.

  2. Select a client and service

  3. Under "Recurring Appointments", click "Recurring Appointments", and select for the appointment to recur weekly, monthly, or on specific days.

  4. Set all additional parameters as needed (every other week, no end date, etc.)

  5. Select the “book it” button to lay down the series in your calendar

Just a heads up, the client won't get an initial confirmation email when a series is booked, but if you have an email address on file for them, they'll be sent a reminder before each session. 📩

Edit a repeating appointment

  1. Click the three lines in the top left, and choose Appointments from the menu

  2. Select one of the upcoming appointment from the series you wish to edit (called out by the circular arrow on the appointment block)

  3. From the menu that appears, click "View Entire Series"

  4. Select the "Edit" button in the upper right-hand corner (the pencil icon) to make you updates

  5. Once done click the "Update" button in the lower left corner


Cancel one repeating appointment

  1. Click the three lines in the top left, and choose Appointments from the menu

  2. Select the appointment within the series you wish to cancel

  3. Opt to "View Appointment Details"

  4. Select the "Cancel Appointment" button in the upper right-hand corner (the calendar icon)

  5. Choose to send the client a cancellation message and then hit "Cancel Appointment" 


Cancel an entire series

  1. Click the three lines in the top left, and choose Appointments from the menu

  2. Select one of the upcoming appointment from the series you want to cancel (called out by the circular arrow on the appointment block)

  3. From the menu that appears, click "View Entire Series"

  4. Select the "cancel" button in the upper right-hand corner (the calendar icon), and confirm cancel series

👉 Keep in mind that appointment notifications will not be sent to either the provider or the client when canceling the series.
