Create an appointment
Create an appointment in Schedulicity via the following steps:
From the Appointment Calendar -> click on the date and time
Choose your client from your current list or create a new client
Select a service or multiple services
Add notes or special offers -> you can also create recurring appointments
Manage the toggles if you'd like the client and/or provider to receive a confirmation
Opt your client in to receive SMS Reminders
Select book it -> to create the appointment!

Edit an appointment
You can edit an appointment through these steps:
From the Appointment Calendar click on the appointment you want to edit
Select Edit Appointment
Make your edits/changes and click Update!
π¨ You can update an appointment's color at any time! Some businesses use this to indicate a client has Checked In for their appointment. To change the color, walk through steps to edit, click the color and choose a new color! Save when you're done.
Cancel an appointment
You can cancel an appointment through these steps:
From the Appointment Calendar, click on the appointment
Select cancel from the drop down menu
Specify if you want cancellation notifications to go out.
If a package session was used, choose if you'd like to return it
Click Cancel Appointment
Book Again
You can easily rebook the same appointment again by following these steps:
From the Appointment Calendar, select the appointment you'd like to book again.
Select the Book Again option
Confirm your appointment details and select Choose Date & Time
You will be taken back to the Calendar with your new appointment on the clipboard
Drag and drop the appointment to the new date and time
Add another service to an Appointment
Need to add another Service to an Appointment? Check out these steps:
Click on the Appointment via your Calendar -> select Edit Appointment
Under the Service -> click Edit Selection
Choose the Service you'd like to add -> hit Done
Add another service via Checkout π°
Need to add a Service to a client's appointment at checkout? Here's how:
Open the appointment you'd like to add the Service to -> select Checkout
On the checkout screen -> press the + Add Item button
From the dropdown list -> select Add Service
Choose the Service from the list, or use the search bar to find the Service
Once you've selected a Service, continue on through checkout. π
Calendar Views π
There are two views on the appointment calendar the Daily View and Weekly View
Here's how to toggle back and forth between both π
Daily View
The daily view shows Provider schedules for one day at a time, side-by-side.
You can view up to 7 Providers' schedules at one time.
Access the daily view by clicking on the day/date in blue on the top of the calendar.
Weekly View
Get to the weekly view by clicking on a Provider's name along the top of the calendar.
The weekly view shows the full week's schedule for one provider at a time.
You can switch to a different Provider's schedule by clicking the drop down menu.
How to move appointments using the Appointment Clipboard:
From the Appointment Calendar, click on an appointment or block of personal time you wish to reschedule. Drag it over to the Clipboard and drop it there.
Navigate to the new date and time and/or new provider's calendar that you wish to move the appointment to.
Grab the booking from the Clipboard and drag and drop it to it's new date and time.
βNote: A notification of the change is not sent out automatically when you use the clipboard.
π¬ Resend an Email Notification to a Client
Email and Text Reminders send automatically from Schedulicity, as long as your client has an email tied to their profile and they're opted into Text Reminders.
While you can't manually resend reminders, you can push out another email notification of their booking.
Here's how:
1. Click on the Appointment via the Calendar -> choose Edit
2. Then select Update -> an email notification with the appointment details will send to the client
