For those clients that don't have a recent booking within the last 2 years or that were recently imported to your account, you'll want to make sure they're opted in to receive your marketing messages. With that, we have two ways to invite clients to opt into Email Marketing: a mass invite email, or by inviting clients one at a time. Let's break it down.
Send a mass invite to clients to opt in:
From the full website, click on the three lines in the upper left, and select clients
Then click on Invite All in the upper right, and select Email Marketing
๐ This will send a one-time invite email to clients to subscribe to your email marketing list. The message will send to folks who have a valid email, and have not unsubscribed in the past.
To invite one client:
From the full website, click on the three lines in the upper left, and select clients
Select your client's name from the client list, then scroll down to Email Marketing (bottom right)
Verify that their email is entered correctly if need be, then click on the Invite to Receive Marketing Emails button
๐ You'll see this option if the client doesn't have an active booking in the past 2 years, has not unsubscribed themselves from email marketing on their end, and has not received this invitation previously.
Please note: These invites can be sent once per client, and aren't available in Canada due to CASL laws.
