When will I get charged?
You'll see your first charge the day you enable any paid add-ons. Then the date of your first charge will be your bill date moving forward. In other words: if you enabled a paid add-on on the 21st of the month, we’ll bill you on the 21st of the month moving forward. To find your monthly bill date, head here.
How much am I being charged?
Your monthly fee will depend on how many add-ons you've turned on. On average, businesses pay between $25-$50 per month for the use of our tools. Because we charge based on how many add-ons you have activated (here’s an article that goes into it in detail!), we recommend that you turn off any features you’re not using. How do I pause or cancel my account?
You have a few options! First, let us help. We’re dedicated to supporting our community, and we know that some businesses need help more than others. If you reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org, we can work with you one-on-one to come up with a plan that works for you.
Another option is to downgrade to our free account by turning off any paid add-ons. Our free accounts give you up to 10 bookings a month, while keeping your account active for you to access. You can also cancel your account by following these steps — but we hope you don’t! We love having you here!
