How do I update my card for billing?

Update the billing info for your Schedulicity business subscription

πŸ’³ Need to update the credit card for your monthly Schedulicity Subscription?

  • Update the credit card for monthly billing via the steps below

  • Owner/Admin logins only have access to add or update the card that is billed each month


🌟 Need to update your Bank Account for deposits from a payment processor? Chat directly with a Customer Support Team member via the bubble in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen or email support@schedulicity.com.


Here's how to update you credit card for you Monthly Subscription:

  1. Click on the three lines in the top left and select My Plan from the menu

  2. Select Edit to the right of Payment Method

  3. Update your billing information and click Update Card

Make sure your new card is saved and updated by viewing the card on file, which is listed right on the Subscription Page.
