In an effort to comply with the new California Consumer Privacy Act standards, while also keeping a business's appointment history intact and still visible for reporting reasons, clients who have requested Schedulicity to remove their information will display for businesses with the client name "CCPA Privacy." This way, the appointment/enrollment still exists for your records, while removing the client's information.
Just as a heads up, Schedulicity will not remove any clients from your client list who have any of the following:
Active auto billing
If they do reach out to us with a CCPA data removal request, we'll direct them on over to you so they can tie up any loose ends beforehand. 👍
