If you'd like to be notified automatically when a client books, reschedules, or cancels online, these notifications can be set up from your Provider Profile โ๏ธ
โFor appointments created on the Business Side, notifications aren't sent automatically. You must select Yes under the Provider Notifications area when booking to notify the Service Provider.
Here's how you can setup or edit where Provider Notifications are sent:
From Settings, click on Providers/Instructors
Click on the provider's name and then click Edit
Enter an email address for email notifications
For text notifications, click Opt-In Provider
Enter their cell number, and check the box to confirm they'd like to receive text notifications
Click Opt-In
Confirm your changes by clicking Save!
Once saved, those notifications will be sent every time a client books, reschedules, or cancels online ๐
