When a new client books online, a client profile for them is created in your Schedulicity client list. Their name, email, and phone number will display so you know who is coming to the appointment and how to reach them if needed.
We've found that logins prevent fraudulent appointments. It's an extra level of protection against someone messing with your calendar and booking false appointments.
Clients think it's awesome that they're able to manage and view all their appointments! When clients log into their account they can view all of their history, any upcoming appointments, as well as cancel and reschedule appointments with you 📆
