Google calendar share, 2 way share, sharing your calendar

Sharing your Google calendar to Schedulicity ✨

❗This is currently not available in the iOS Business App -> manage your calendar from the full site at www.schedulicity.com.

To get started with sharing your calendar, check out these steps within Schedulicity:

  1. Go to Settings and click the "Providers/Instructors" tile

  2. Select the provider whose calendar you want to share in the list

  3. Go to the Schedule tab

  4. At the bottom of the page, under the Two-Way Calendar Share header, choose "connect"

5. Sign into the Google account you want to connect and agree to terms


Share your Schedulicity calendar to Google

To get started with sharing your calendar to Google, check out these steps within Schedulicity:

  1. Go to Settings and click the "Providers/Instructors" tile

  2. Select the provider whose calendar you want to share in the list

  3. Go to the Schedule tab

  4. At the bottom of the page, under the Two-Way Calendar Share header choose "edit" by Share Schedulicity to Google

  5. Select the calendar and "save".


What you need to know about Google share to your Schedulicity Calendar:

  • Google calendar blocks will have a Google icon and will block clients from scheduling those times in Schedulicity.

  • Google events shared to Schedulicity -> must be edited in Google.

  • Google events removed from Schedulicity cannot be re-shared to Schedulicity.

  • Up to 1 year of Google events will be shared to Schedulicity and updated on a monthly cadence.

  • You can disconnect from Google at any time.

  • New appointments that have been shared to Schedulicity are updated in realtime.

  • All day events and non-event Google appointments are not shared.

  • Events set to private are not shared to Schedulicity.

  • Events that have been declined do not share to Schedulicity.

What you need to know about Schedulicity share to your Google calendar:

  • Schedulicity will send appointments, classes, workshops, and personal time to Google.

  • Up to 2 years of Schedulicity events will be shared with Google.

  • Schedulicity appointments shared to Google will indicate they came from Schedulicity

  • Schedulicity events still need to be managed in Schedulicity.

  • Recurring appointments and recurring personal time shared with Google can sometimes show up twice on Google’s end if an appointment or personal time gets removed from the series.

  • If you change the calendar name in Google it will break the share.

  • Currently not available in the iOS Business App.


To Disconnect the Google Calendar Share

  1. Go to Settings and click the "Providers/Instructors" tile

  2. Select the provider whose calendar you want to share in the list

  3. Go to the Schedule tab

  4. At the bottom of the page, choose "disconnect" under the Two-Way Calendar Share

  5. Double check within your Google calendar to ensure this subscription has been removed, to prevent any potential future sharing issues!

Schedulicity's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
