When will I get charged?

You'll see your first charge the day you activate your account. Then the date of your first charge will be your bill date moving forward. If you activated on the 21st of the month, we’ll bill you on the 21st of the month moving forward. To find your monthly bill date, head here.

How much am I being charged?

Our monthly fee will depend on how many providers or instructors you have on the account. Accounts start at $34.99 for a solo provider and the price goes up $10 for each added provider- if have seven or more providers on the account, we cap your monthly fee at $94.99. You can check out your billing amount by heading to the Subscription area of your account!

If you have any questions about what to expect in terms of pricing, we’re here to walk through it! Email support@schedulicity.com with your questions.
