If you've recently moved or changed phone numbers, follow these steps below from the Admin login to change your phone number, address, and add additional information about your business by editing your Business Listing. This information will appear on your Schedulicity overview page, and your phone number/address will appear in your client's email and text notifications as well.

Edit Business Address

  1. Open the Marketing tab in the Schedulicity dashboard
  2. Click on the Business Listing tile
  3. Select the Edit button next to the Address
  4. Update your business address
  5. Hit the Done button and you're good to go!

Edit Business Phone Number

  1. Open the Marketing tab in the Schedulicity dashboard
  2. Click on the Business Listing tile
  3. Select the Edit button in the We Care Banner section
  4. Update your business phone number
  5. Hit the Done button and you're good to go!

Edit Business Info and Additional Info

If you want to change, edit or add additional information to the 'About' page of your business listing, check these steps out here:

  1. Open the Marketing tab in the Schedulicity dashboard
  2. Click on the Business Listing tile
  3. Select the Edit button in the About section
  4. Update your business info
  5. Hit the Done button and you're good to go!

As soon as you hit Done, those changes will display to clients in the Marketplace search results. 

What's Next?

If you would like to view your Schedulicity business listing from the client's perspective, simply select the "Preview Listing" button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. You can also click on your logo within the Schedulicity dashboard in the top left hand corner, and this will shortcut you to that listing as well. Cool stuff!
