Pro tip: If you would prefer to not list an address for your business, list the "Address 1" field as something like “Will Contact for Location” OR "Mobile Business" but then still enter your city, state, and zip code. This will allow clients to search for your business within the search portal if you are listed, but will also allow you to hide your exact address from the public. 💥

Add or edit business logo
Adding your own logo to your Schedulicity page definitely helps set you apart from other businesses in your area! Whether you're adding a logo for the first time, or need to update your logo, here are some tips for the best quality upload. 📸
First, make sure your logo image is at least 200 x 200 pixels and preferably square. Also, JPG or GIF are going to be the best file types for uploads! To upload or change your logo, walk through these steps:
Head to the Marketing area and click on the Business Listing tile
Select the "Edit" button in the upper right corner
Click "Change Image" once, and then confirm you'd like to "Change Image" to find the logo/image on your computer
Once you select the file you'd like to use, click the "Done" button. You are good to go!
You can always remove or change up your business logo by selecting the “x” on the top right hand corner of the image. The business logo will fully remove and will then default to the storefront image.
Display or hide business from Marketplace search results
You have the ability to choose whether or not you would like to appear in the Marketplace search results. This can be a great way to get your name out there for new clients in your area, as well as allow your existing clients to find you when they search on Schedulicity.com.
If you're rocking with the Unlimited Plan, head to Marketing area to enable your Marketplace visibility:
Go to the Marketing tab and click on the Business Listing tile
Click the "Display In Search Results" button where it says your business does not display in the Marketplace search results
If you want to hide your listing:
Go to the Marketing tab and click on the Business Listing tile
Select "Remove From Search Results"
Opt to "Hide Listing"
Enable Instagram to show pictures on your listing
Sharing your Instagram photos to your business listing is an awesome way to give your clients a visual example of what you offer! To share some Instagram love on your Schedulicity business listing, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Marketing tab and select the "Business Listing" tile
Under the "Instagram" header, select the “Connect to Instagram” button
Click the “Enable Instagram” button
Log into your Business Instagram account and you're all set!
As a heads up... since there isn't an option to filter the photos that display using hashtags, we recommend connecting a business Instagram account, rather than a personal account, as the 25 most recent photos are going to display. Also keep in mind that videos aren't currently supported, so if there is a video in the most recent 25, the feed will show a blank image in its place.
👉 If your personal and business Instagram accounts are linked, and you want to ensure your business account is the one linked, we have a tip for you! Rather than logging into Instagram with your email address, use the Instagram handle or username for your business account. That will do just the trick!
Those pictures will show up on your business listing like this:
Change industry or add keywords
To increase the chances that a potential new client will come across your business when searching from Schedulicity, add some keywords to your listing! You can also change your industry to reflect what sort of business you're in, and that will show in our search as well. Follow these steps:
Hit the “Edit” button beside "Tip Jar"
Under the "Industry" header, use the drop-down menu to select your industry
Add in any keywords you wish
Make sure to click "Done" to save your changes!
Another pro tip: Add keywords of possible misspellings or alternative spellings of your business name. That way, clients who aren't sure of the way your business name is spelled have a better chance of finding you! 🔍
How do I see what my clients are seeing?
If you want to see your Schedulicity business listing from your clients' point of view in the Marketplace search results, here's how:
Open Marketing and click on the Business Listing tile
Click "Preview Business Listing" button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
A new window will open in your browser displaying your Schedulicity business listing from the client's side!
Change business time zone
To change the time zone for your business, follow these steps:
Open the Marketing area and click on the Business Listing tile
Hit the "edit" button beside "Tip Jar"
Select your time zone from the drop-down menu
Be sure to save the update, and all notifications will now display in the proper time zone
As a heads up, updating your time zone won't affect any appointments already on your calendar! So for example, if Jane booked an appointment at 2:00pm, it will still be on your calendar for 2:00pm. She'll just get a notification saying 2:00pm EDT instead of 2:00pm MDT. That notification will always show your time zone, as well, just in case you have some lovely clients who are booking from outside your time zone.
