Oh no! Weโ€™re disappointed to hear you want to cancel your account. ๐Ÿ˜Ÿ Before we go down the cancellation road, we did wanna make sure you know that you also have the option to change over to our FREE Schedulicity account, which offers 10 appointments per month for all providers on the account while keeping your account active for you to access. This free account can be enabled by removing the Unlimited Plan under the subscription details so that it's changed to a free account.

If you're wanting to completely deactivate your account so that it's no longer live on Schedulicity, be sure to grab all of your information out of the account as it will cancel right away when you hit the button.

  1. Once logged into the full site (not the iPhone app), click the three lines in the upper left and select My Plan from the Schedulicity dashboard menu

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and hit the "Cancel My Account" button

  3. When you're ready, click on the "Yes Cancel My Account" button

  4. We understand that our users give us the best suggestions, so any feedback you have would be greatly appreciated

  5. Continue on through the cancellation process until you see the message that your account has been cancelled ๐Ÿ‘‡ย 

Please note: If you had any payment preferences, auto-billing, packages assigned to clients, or clients on your waitlist, these will all be taken down when your account is canceled.

Note for Apple subscription: if you set up your subscription via the Schedulicity iOS business app, you'll need to cancel your subscription in the app as well. You can learn more here.
