📚 Before you cancel, make sure to pull any information you may need. This includes your Client List and any Reports you may need.
Follow these steps to cancel your account:
From Settings, click on Subscription
At the bottom of the page, click on Cancel My Account
Choose Cancel Now (cancel immediately - don't need access to the account) or Cancel Next Bill Date (access account through remainder of billing cycle)
Continue through the prompts to cancel your account
🍎 For Apple subscription: if you set up your subscription via the Schedulicity iOS business app, you’ll need to cancel your subscription in the app as well. You can learn more here.
