How do I cancel my Schedulicity account?

Transitioning out of online scheduling or closing up shop? While we're sad to see you go, we are here to help.

If you have any questions before cancelling, reach out to our Schedulicity Rockstars in the chat or via email at support@schedulicity.com. Not only can they help with logistics, but they’d also love to learn more about why you’re leaving!


📚 Before you cancel, make sure to pull any information you may need. This includes your Client List and any Reports you may need.


Follow these steps to cancel your account:

  1. From Settings, click on Subscription

  2. At the bottom of the page, click on Cancel My Account

  3. Choose Cancel Now (cancel immediately - don't need access to the account) or Cancel Next Bill Date (access account through remainder of billing cycle)

  4. Continue through the prompts to cancel your account


🍎 For Apple subscription: if you set up your subscription via the Schedulicity iOS business app, you’ll need to cancel your subscription in the app as well. You can learn more here.
