Before you cancel, make sure to pull any information you may need. This includes your Client List and any Reports you may need.
Once you have everything pulled, these steps will cancel your account:
From Settings, go to the Subscription tile
At the bottom of the page, click the red "Cancel My Account" option
Continue through the prompts to cancel your account
We also have a FREE Schedulicity account! It includes 10 appointments per month and would keep your account active if you need access or want to continue booking but at a lower volume. If this is a better option for you, be sure to let our Rockstars know, and they can help get your account all set!
Note for Apple subscription: if you set up your subscription via the Schedulicity iOS business app, you’ll need to cancel your subscription in the app as well. You can learn more here.
