When it comes to clients booking with you, we want to make sure you're getting the most out of your open hours. That's why we've included a feature to optimize the appointment start times your clients are offered!
When a client schedules an appointment online, Schedulicity will do a quick check of all your existing appointments, personal time, the start time of your day, when your day ends, and lastly what the service is that the client is booking (in particular, checking the duration.)
Then we try to prevent unusable gaps in your day through our optimized scheduling feature presenting times to the client based on your existing day. We will then offer times to your clients around when you open, anything on your calendar that is available, and then when you close.
It's really like a sudoku puzzle!
But, keep in mind, our system is just a computer so it can't think like we can.
