Have you noticed appointments missing from your calendar that you don't remember canceling? If you're trying to track down the details about who canceled an appointment on the calendar and when, you can verify this information by using the Cancellation Report.
The Cancellation Report is a fantastic way to keep track of your canceled appointments based on a date range. This report highlights which appointments were canceled and by whom (the client or the business).
You will notice that all appointment details listed include the date, time, the person who originally booked the appointment, and then of course who canceled the appointment. You can pull this report by heading over to Reports in the Schedulicity dashboard and then choose Cancellations. Check it out!
