Categories are an awesome way to sort how your services display to clients. Setting up categories helps clients to find the service they need as quickly as possible. Here's how to set them up in the Schedulicity dashboard:
- Click on the three lines in the top left, and choose Settings
- Click on the "Services" tile
- Select the “Service Categories” button in the upper right hand corner
- Select “Add new”
- Enter in the name of your category and select which services you wish to appear under that header.
- Save your changes!
When clients view your services for scheduling, they'll be able to jump to a specific category which is really nice or scroll through a list of all that you have available (which is now nicely organized)!
