How do I update my billing?

Update the billing info for your Schedulicity business subscription

Did you get a new card number? Is someone else taking over paying for your account? No worries! You can update the credit card information associated with your Schedulicity business account through the online Schedulicity dashboard:

  1. From the full site or Android app (not the iPhone app), click on the three lines in the top left and select My Plan from the menu

  2. Along the right, select the "Edit" button next to Payment Method

  3. Edit your billing information and hit “Update Card” 

Make sure your new card is saved and updated by viewing what card you have on file. That info is listed right on the subscription page.
