Taxes are never fun, but there's no reason why they should also be hard to boot. With Schedulicity's tax tools, you're able to pre-set taxes that you take for your services and let Schedulicity do all of the calculating for you. 📈 

Here's how you can add those taxes to your services:

  1. Go to the Settings area
  2. Click on the Services tile
  3. Select the service you wish to add a tax rate to
  4. Under "Taxes for This Service," click on the "change" button
  5. Click on the "add new" button
  6. Enter in a name and percentage for your tax, as well as select how many services you wish to apply this tax to
  7. Save your changes!

If you ever need to remove a tax from a service or multiple services, you can follow these steps instead:

  1. Go to the Settings area
  2. Click on the Services tile
  3. Select the service you wish to add a tax rate to
  4. Under "Taxes for This Service," click on the "change" button
  5. Click on the "add new" button
  6. Select the tax you wish to remove from your service from the list of taxes
  7. Click on the "edit" button
  8. Uncheck your service or services from the list
  9. Save your changes!

And if you need to edit your tax in question, here's how you can do that:

  1. Go to the Settings area
  2. Click on the Services tile
  3. Select the service you wish to add a tax rate to
  4. Under "Taxes for This Service," click on the "change" button
  5. Click on the "add new" button
  6. Select the tax you wish to remove from your service from the list of taxes
  7. Click on the "edit" button
  8. Adjust the tax rate or name
  9. Save your changes!

From here on out, these taxes will automatically be applied whenever you or your clients book that particular service – easy, right? 🎊
