How do I clear my Cache/Cookies on my device?

Steps to clear browsing history for different browsers and devices

Clearing the cache/cookies on our devices is a great way to keep your device running smoothly and accurately! Find your device or browser below and follow the steps to clear up your device for smooth sailing 🛶.

Android:

  1. Open the Settings of your phone

  2. Go to Storage heading in settings

  3. Find Apps in your storage

  4. Select the application you want to clear

  5. Click Clear cache

 iPhone:

  1. On the main screen of the iPhone go to Settings

  2. Choose Safari 

  3. Click on Clear History and Website Data

  4. Click on Clear History and Data

  5. Close out of the browser (this last step is necessary to reset your browser!)

iPad:

  1. Select the Settings icon on your iPad's home screen 

  2. Choose Safari from the menu on the left 

  3. Select Clear History and Website Data then select Clear History and Data from the confirmation  

  4. Close out of the browser (this last step is necessary to reset your browser!)

Google Chrome:

  1. Click the three small dots in the upper right-hand corner of your browser. 

  2. Click Clear Browsing Data

  3. Be sure the time range says All time and check: Browsing history, Cookies, and other site data, Cached images, and files

  4. Select Clear Data

  5. Close out of the browser (this last step is necessary to reset your browser!)

Safari on Mac: 

  1. Select Safari from the menu bar within your browser

  2. Choose History -> Clear History

  3. Select All History from the drop down -> Click on Clear History

  4. Close out of the browser fully (this last step is necessary to reset your browser!)

Safari on Mac (OLDER versions):

  1. Select History from the menu bar within your browser

  2. Choose Clear History from the drop-down menu.

  3. Select All History from the bottom of the drop-down menu -> Clear History

  4. Close out of the browser (this last step is necessary to reset your browser!)

Firefox on Mac:

  1. Select History from the menu bar -> Clear Recent History

  2. Select in the time range drop-down. 

  3. Check the boxes next to Cookies and Cache -> and confirm

  4. Close out of the browser (this last step is necessary to reset your browser!)

Firefox on PC:

  1. Within your browser, select tools (Alt + t) 

  2. Select Options -> then Privacy tab 

  3.  Select the link Clear Your Recent History

  4. Choose the time range Everything -> select Cookie and Cache -> then Clear Now

  5. Close out of the browser (this last step is necessary to reset your browser!)

❗ Schedulicity doesn't support Internet Explorer or Edge. If possible, it's best to use a supported browsers (Safari, Firefox, or Google Chrome) to ensure you're having the best experience.
