How do I reset my password? I'm locked out of my account.

Login trouble. My client or employee needs to reset their password!

🚧 If you've hit a roadblock when logging in to your account, check out these steps to reset your password and get back into your account:

  1. Head to www.schedulicity.com and select "Login" in the upper right-hand corner. Enter your email address.

  2. Select “Reset your password”

  3. Then choose to reset your password via email or text message

  4. Schedulicity will send you an email or a text with a password reset link.

  5. Click the link to create a new password.

❗ Your password must contain at least 7 characters, with at least 1 letter, 1 number, and 1 symbol (!@#$%^&*).

Still having trouble? Let's walk through this checklist:

  • Are you having trouble finding the email we sent? Let’s look in your Junk folder and make sure it didn’t land in there. 

  • If you're not receiving the text message, you can resend the reset password link to your email instead. Or you can reach out to Schedulicity support for a hand.

  • Also, our system doesn’t fully support Internet Explorer or Edge browsers. Make sure you’re using a supported browser: Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
