đ§ If you've hit a roadblock when logging in to your account, check out these steps to reset your password and get back into your account:
Head to www.schedulicity.com and select "Login" in the upper right-hand corner. Enter your email address.
Select âReset your passwordâ
Then choose to reset your password via email or text message
Schedulicity will send you an email or a text with a password reset link.
Click the link to create a new password.
â Your password must contain at least 7 characters, with at least 1 letter, 1 number, and 1 symbol (!@#$%^&*).

Are you having trouble finding the email we sent? Letâs look in your Junk folder and make sure it didnât land in there.Â
If you're not receiving the text message, you can resend the reset password link to your email instead. Or you can reach out to Schedulicity support for a hand.
Also, our system doesnât fully support Internet Explorer or Edge browsers. Make sure youâre using a supported browser: Google Chrome, Safari, or Firefox.
