Application help, Get approved, Pending status

Questions on your Payment Application, we're here to help! ๐Ÿ™‹

Before you get started, here's what you need to have handy when you apply:

Sole Proprietor Application

If you are applying as a Sole Proprietor:

Step 1: Fill out Personal Details

Step 2: Fill out Sole Proprietor Details

You may need one of the following for additional information if anything was entered incorrectly or didn't match up.

  • Doing business as (DBA) filing, such as your articles of incorporation

  • Tax filing, such as a Form W-9 or Schedule SE (Form 1040)

  • Employer identification number (EIN) verification letter, also known as a CP 575 or 147c letter

*The document must be issued in the last 12 months. If it is older, make sure it contains a signature and a statement of affairs from the last 12 months. This Certificate of Good Standing can be obtained from IRS or Sec of State website.

Step 3: Enter Banking Information. This can be verified through Trustly or uploading a current (within last 12 mo):

  • Bank Statement (must have full account number listed)

  • Deposit Ticket/form

  • Screenshot of online banking environment (must show legal name and full account number)

  • Official email or letter from your bank (must be stamped or signed by bank)

Step 4: Sign Services Agreement

Step 5: Sign PCI Questionnaire

๐Ÿ‘‰ Once all your information is submitted you'll see little wheels spinning, working to verify your application materials. Approval can take up to 24 hours, and to check if additional information is needed be sure to revisit the Payment tab in your Schedulicity account to check in on your application status.

Organization Application

If you are applying as an Organization:

Step 1: Enter Company Details

What type of organization/company are you:

๐Ÿ‘‰ Additional information may be asked if something isn't matching up. You may need to upload your companyโ€™s business registration document to verify your company.

Requirements:

  • The document has to be issued by a government authority. Itโ€™s usually given when a business is created at the local commercial register (typically one of the following):
    Articles of Incorporation from the Secretary of State

    Certificates of Incorporation from the Secretary of State

    EIN letter from the IRS

  • Date on the document is no older than 12 months

Step 2: Add Decision Makers

โ— Please list all decision makers (partners) or if it's just you great, check them all:

*Controlling person and Signatory are required to move forward.


โ€‹Step 3: Banking info, you'll have to use a business bank account which can either be verified through Trustly or uploading a current (dated within last 12 mo):

  • Bank Statement (must contain full account number)

  • Deposit Ticket/form

  • Screenshot of online banking environment (must have full name and account number)

  • Official email or letter from your bank (must be stamped or signed by bank)

Step 4: Sign agreement

Step 5: Sign PCI Questionnaire

๐Ÿ‘‰ Once all your information has been fully submitted you'll see the little wheels spinning to get everything verified. Approval can take up to 24 hours. To check if additional information is needed be sure to visit the Payment tab in your Schedulicity account to check on your status.
