Where are my funds being deposited?
Funds received using Schedulicity Pay will be deposited into the bank account entered during the application. You can see the account on file, in the Payment Dashboard under Finance>Payout Accounts. If you have questions about the bank account your funds are going to, feel free to contact support. 👍
When will I receive my deposits?
Deposits are made on a standard 2 day funding schedule. Same day or next day are not options at this time. Funds are typically deposited between 10-2 depending on your bank.

Batches close automatically at midnight. Also, as a heads up, banks are also closed on major holidays and your deposits will resume normal deposit schedules after the banks reopen.
How will I know how much will be deposited into my account?
Visit your Payment Dashboard select Finance>Sales to Payouts>Payouts
Processing fees are removed from each transaction.
When will I get my statement?
These will populate in the Payment Dashboard monthly under Finance>Invoice
