π« Tickets hold all of the information about a client's appointment, the payment for that appointment or a balance due.
A ticket breaks down everything the client purchased (service, class, or workshop, packages, products, or custom items added)
Any transactions tied to the visit are listed, the breakdown of what has been paid, and what the client still owes

Ticket Management Report:
Pull the Ticket Management Report using these steps.
From the three lines in the top left, choose Payments
Select the Tickets tab
Filter by date range, payment status, provider, or client
Click on the 3 dots to the right of the ticket -> to Email Ticket, Print Ticket, or Checkout ticket
*This report is a great place to go to get an idea of what's been going on in your account when it comes to payments. Pull a list of a client's unpaid tickets, or a list of no-shows if needed!
How to clear a balance due for a Ticket:
From the three lines in the top left, choose Payments
Select the Tickets tab
Filter by date range, payment status, provider, or client -> to find your balance due ticket
Click on the 3 dots to the right of the ticket -> select Checkout ticket
Click + Add Discount -> then $ sign button -> enter the amount of the ticket to discount (bring total to $0)
Confirm discount -> Continue -> and select tender type (perhaps other)
Print or Email Ticket
If a client needs a record of what they paid for a visit, you can print or email their ticket (by clicking the three vertical dots to the right of the ticket total). This has the breakdown of what they purchased and each payment they made β¨Β
