Set Up Variable Pricing
Set a minimum price for a service by using these steps:
Navigate to Settings, and click on Providers/Instructors
Select a provider
In the Services tab, click Customize
Use the drop-down arrow to select Starts At
Click Save
Now, when a client views that service, the price will be marked with the minimum (or Starts At) dollar amount entered, like this:
How to Charge a Client if they Choose a Service with a Variable Price
To charge your client the correct amount, you need to adjust the cost of the appointment by using these steps:
Click on their appointment, and click Checkout
Click the three vertical dots to the right of the service
Choose Edit Price
Enter the price you'd like to charge
Click Save
From there, you can walk through checkout as usual! 💃
Set Up Specific Prices or Service Durations per Provider
To adjust service settings per provider, go through these steps:
Navigate to Settings and click on Providers/instructors
Select the provider
Under the Services tab, select Customize next to the service
Edit the Duration and/or Cleanup Time
Choose if a client can book online with this provider
Click Save
Now, when a client views that provider, the price and/or duration will show, like this:
To remove these customizations (and revert back to the original settings for Duration, Fixed Price, or Cleanup Time), click Reset to Original Values.
