How do I create or reorder service categories?

Categories are an awesome way to sort how your services display to clients. Setting up categories helps clients to find the service they need as quickly as possible. ✨

Create service category

  1. From Settings, go to the "Services" tile

  2. Select the “Service Categories” button in the upper right hand corner

  3. Choose “Add new”

  4. Enter in the name of your category

  5. Click "+Add Services" and choose what services you'd like to be included. Click Add when all services for that category have been chosen

  6. Save your changes!

When clients view your services for scheduling, they'll be able to jump to a specific category which is really nice or scroll through a list of all that you have available (which is now nicely organized)! 

Reorder service categories

  1. Open Settings and select the "Services" tile

  2. Select the “service categories” button in the upper right-hand corner

  3. Click and hold on the service category that you'd like to move, and then move it to where you'd like it to be in the service category list

  4. Once you drop it, the order will be automatically saved!
