You can change the order in which services, providers and categories display online to clients at any time, and update it as often as you like! Reordering these lists will also determine how those are ordered within the business side of your account as well, so for example, if you change the order of your providers, it will update the order in which they show up in your daily view of the appointment calendar. 

Let's get started!

Sorting Services:

  1. Click on the Settings icon in the Schedulicity dashboard
  2. Select the Services tile
  3. Select the "reorder" button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
  4. Click on the arrows to move the Service up or down. You can also drag and drop the services if you're on a computer.
  5. When you're finished, select the "done" button in the upper right-hand corner to save changes.

Sorting Providers:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select the Providers/Instructors tile
  3. Select the “reorder” button in the upper right-hand corner
  4. You can now click on the up and down arrows to reorder the providers or if you are on a laptop or desktop computer you can also drag and drop the providers
  5. Select the “done” button in the upper right-hand corner when you are finished

Sorting Categories:

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Navigate to the Services tile
  3. Select the “service categories” button in the upper right-hand corner
  4. Select the “reorder” button in the upper right-hand corner
  5. Use the arrows to reorder your categories. If you are on a computer, you can also drag and drop the categories into the order you prefer!
  6. Select the “done” button when you’re done

There you have it! You can follow these steps any time that you want to update the order that any of these lists display both on your side of the account as well as to client!
