If you've recently added a new provider, but they're still not showing up on your calendar, then there is just one last step to finish! You'll need to assign some services that your new provider will offer. Here's how to do that:

  1. Click the three lines and head to Settings

  2. Select the Providers/Instructors tile

  3. Click on the provider's name

  4. Under “Services offered” select the change button (on the right)

  5. Check all services that they offer and hit save!

As a side tip, if they offer a service at a different price or duration, you can specify this as well just by clicking on the service name that's hyperlinked within the Services Offered section for that provider. 👍
