If you typically travel to your clients to perform services, then you can mark those services as outcall. This will prompt the system to require clients to enter their physical address for those services! To mark a service as outcall, give these steps a try:

  1. Head to the Main Menu's Settings in the Schedulicity dashboard
  2. Select Services
  3. Click on the service you’d like to make outcall
  4. Click on the blue “edit” button
  5. Check the grey box next to “outcall service” and a green checkmark will show
  6. Hit the orange “save” button!

Let's also make sure that you have enough time to get where you're going! If you’d like to edit the amount of travel time that is attached to an outcall service, just follow these steps:

  1. Head to the Main Menu and select Settings
  2. Select Policies and then the Appointment Policies tile
  3. Under the "Travel Time" header, select the length of time from the drop-down menu
  4. Hit the orange “save” button!

Outcall services will display to clients on your service menu with a little house icon next to the service name. On your calendar, they will display as an icon of a car. These are additional visual indicators to let you and your clients know what to expect with that service 😄 .
