If you offer mobile services, where you typically travel to your clients to perform services, then you can mark those services as outcall services. This will prompt the system to require clients to enter their physical address for those services, as well as build travel time into the service on your calendar! To mark a service as a mobile service, give these steps a try:

  1. Click the three lines in the top left, and choose Settings

  2. Select "Services"

  3. Click on the service you’d like to set as a mobile service

  4. Click “edit”

  5. Check the box next to “outcall service,” and a checkmark will show

  6. Hit the “save” button!

Let's also make sure that you have enough time to get where you're going! If you’d like to edit the amount of travel time that is attached to a mobile service, just follow these steps:

  1. Click the three lines in the top left, and choose Settings

  2. Select "Policies" and then the "Appointment Policies" tile

  3. Under the "Travel Time" header, enter the length of time (in either hours or minutes

  4. Hit the “Save” button!

Mobile services will display to clients on your service menu with a little house icon next to the service name. On your calendar, they will have a car icon. These are additional visual indicators to let you and your clients know what to expect with that service 😄 .
