How do I customize the client email notifications?

If you have extra information that you'd like clients to see when they book with you, you can easily add that to your client notification emails that are sent out from the system! This is also a great spot to put a link to custom forms or waivers that you have on your website. Here's how:

  1. Head to Settings and click on Policies

  2. Select Email Policies

  3. Here you can create a custom message that will be included in all client confirmation and reminder emails.

Once you Save, this message will be included in both the confirmation and reminder emails right away!
