You can choose when client reminders are sent from the system within the Policies area in the Schedulicity dashboard. This allows you to control when clients receive their email reminder and text message reminder for their appointments, classes, and workshops.
For email reminders, you have the options of sending the email 24 hours, 48 hours, or 72 hours before the appointment time.
For text message reminders, you have the options of sending the text message 1, 2, 4 hours, 8 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, or 72 hours before the appointment time.
- Use the main menu to open Settings
- Click on the Policies tile
- Open the General Policies page
- Here you can set when you want client reminders to be sent
- Make sure you save any changes!
