If you are the Admin for your Schedulicity business account, you have the ability to add a provider bio and picture to each of your provider profiles. These descriptions and profile pictures will be visible to any clients viewing your business listing. This kind of personalization helps to engage clients with your scheduling process while also helping them select a provider for their booking. To ensure your provider shows on your business listing, we'll need to have either a bio or profile picture added.

To set a provider's public bio and profile picture, follow these steps in your Schedulicity dashboard:

  1. Click on the three lines in the upper left-hand corner and choose Settings
  2. From here, click on the "Providers/Instructors" tile
  3. Then choose the provider whose information you’d like to edit from the list.
  4. You can then update your provider description by selecting the “edit” button in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

To change your image:

  1. Click on the three lines in the upper left-hand corner and choose Settings
  2. Click on the "Providers/Instructors" tile
  3. Choose the provider whose photo you want to upload or change
  4. Select the “change image” button
  5. Select the “Browse” button to select the image from your computer.
  6. Once you choose the photo, click the "change image" button again to confirm. We recommend a size of 200 x 200 pixels so that your image does not appear distorted on the client side.
