If you needed to switch from Schedulicity Pay to another processor and then back again, you can no problem. All you'll want to do is follow these steps:
- Go to the Settings area
- Click on the Payments & Products tile
- Select the Schedulicity Pay tab
- From there, you can click on the Reconnect Now button
Once you click on the Reconnect Now button, a pop-up appears that will list the information about your business that is connected. If all of the information is correct, you can simply click on the checkmark to confirm and you'll be able to reconnect automatically! If you are not, however, we have a few additional paths for you:
- Have you simply changed some simple info, but haven't changed hands for your business? Not to worry – we'll lead you towards a way to reach out directly to our partner, Clearant, so they can help you update that info and reconnect!
- Have you changed hands as a business? In this case, we'll need you to reapply for Schedulicity Pay since you're an entirely new business. Fortunately, the app is super quick to complete.
Either way, you'll be all set and ready to rock with Schedulicity Pay again – yahoo! 🎉
