When it comes to selling online, having a clear refund policy is important so that folks know what to expect. Although Schedulicity includes a default one to cover your bases, you also have the option to adjust your refund policy to cover your business's specific needs!

Here's how you can adjust your Refund Policy:

  1. Click the three lines on the upper left-hand corner and choose Settings

  2. Click on the "Policies" tile

  3. Select the "Payment Policies" tile

  4. Under "Refund/Return Policy," enter your specific refund policy in the box below

  5. Save your changes!

After that, your clients will see this Refund Policy whenever they go to book! 👍
