Pesky "Timed Out" message showing up when you're simply trying to charge a card on your your computer? Fortunately, there's a quick fix! Schedulicity will surface a "Timed Out" message when you try to charge with your desktop card reader if you tried to swipe a credit card that is chip-enabled. 

As such, all you need to do is try to run the card by dipping it into the chip-reading area of the reader first! From there, if the chip doesn't work, then feel free to swipe the card to run it instead. Easy-peasy! 👍
