Oh no! Before you do anything else: make sure that you check in with the Schedulicity Rockstars to make sure that all is well. We can either help you determine if there are some reasons as to why your Schedulicity experience is so slow, or we can let you know if there is an issue that we're working to fix ASAP.

If you're not able to get out of your slowness predicament with Schedulicity, then it is very likely that there are going to be some slowness issues with pushing cards through Schedulicity's built-in payment processor as well. Since the Internet can occasionally be a fickle mistress, we want to arm you with tips so that you can feel as if you have it all under control should this happen to you!

  • One of the primary things we recommend in this case is to keep your clients' credit cards on file within Schedulicity. That way, should you ever have any issues with outages, you are always able to charge your clients once you're back to smooth sailing! ⛵

  • If you don't have a card on file, asking for an alternative form of payment – such as cash or check – is always a good way to get around this. Then, once Schedulicity's faster for you, you're able to log those transactions so your reporting is on the level!
