Life happens, and sometimes you need to return your device for whatever reason! We want to make that as quick and smooth for you as possible. So if you are needing to return your device, reach out to the Schedulicity Rockstars about receiving a return label to send it back our way. 📦
If you're returning your card reader because your old one is broken, we'll be shipping a new reader straight away. Once you receive your device, please be mindful to return your broken reader. Otherwise, if you don't return your device to us within 30 days, you'll be charged non-return fees (which are up to $99.99 per device). Since we'd hate for you to be blind-sighted by those fees, please send that to us ASAP!
