First, we'll wanna try refreshing the app by closing it and reopening it
We'll also wanna double check our wifi connection
We can also try turning off wifi to see if things work better on data
If that didn’t do the trick, not to worry! Another reason why you might see the “ruh roh” message is if Schedulicity is under maintenance. Our maintenance windows are pretty quick, so you'll wanna be sure to hit the refresh button along the bottom to see if things are rolling again.
