When it comes to running a business, keeping track of your bottom line is so important! Although Schedulicity has already included the paid icon so you can see if your client has paid at a glance from the Appointment Calendar, that doesn't tell you how much your client owes on an appointment. This is where the "Balance" label comes into play.
With the Balance label, you're easily able to see if a client has paid for an appointment! But not only that: if your appointment is a deposit, this label allows you to see how much they owe at a glance so that you can charge them with ease! And if you take partial payments for appointments, this helps you keep track of that overall balance when you go to charge in chunks.
