With our Waivers tool, you’re able to require a waiver for your clients to acknowledge during the booking process, update the waiver as needed and track which of your clients have acknowledged them and which have not.
💡 Pro tip: If you make changes to an existing waiver, your clients will be required to re-acknowledge your waiver next time they book!
Rather have them sign when they come into class? That’s great – you can still track your clients’ acknowledgements manually through Schedulicity. Either way, you can rest assured that your clients are aware of any information included in your waiver!

How do I track my client's Waiver status?
Track your students’ waiver acknowledgements from their client profile, as well as acknowledge it on their behalf—if you have a client who prefers to book with you or enroll in classes in person.
To manually acknowledge a waiver on your client’s behalf (or check on their waiver status), here is how you can do that:
Head to the Client List and select your client’s name
Under the Waivers area, either acknowledge a Service, Class or Workshop waiver by clicking on Confirm
When checking on your client’s waiver status, you’ll see one of two options! Here’s what they mean so you know what to look for:
Unconfirmed - The client hasn’t acknowledged your waiver at all
Out Of Date- The client has acknowledged a past waiver and needs to acknowledge the updated version
[Date of Acknowledgement] - They have acknowledged your waiver
Remove a Waiver for Services, Classes, or Workshops
Head to Settings and click on Policies
Then select Appointment Policies for Service Waivers, Class Policies, or Workshop Policies
Un check the box next to Require waiver for online booking
