🎁 Birthday emails
Birthday emails are sent the 1st of every month at 1 a.m. MST to any client who has a birthday that month. Birthday push notifications are sent at 8 a.m. MST that same day.
💫 Thank you emails
Thank you emails are sent to clients 24 hours after the appointment end time on the hour. No push notifications are sent for thank you's.
⏰ Time to book emails
Time to Book emails are sent every Sunday at 1 a.m. MST based on the timeframe you set. Time to book push notifications are sent at 8 a.m. MST the same day. These go out to clients if they haven't booked in the time frame you've selected.
For example, if your time-frame is 4 weeks, clients who haven't booked in 5 weeks, will not receive the message (as they would have received the message the week before). Don't worry, if they already have an appointment, they won't receive the message.
🎊 Re-engagement emails
Re-engagement emails are sent the 1st of the month at 1 a.m. MST. Re-engagement push notifications are sent at 8 a.m. MST the same day. Clients will only receive this message if they haven't booked with you in 6 months.
For example, if a client hasn't booked with you in 7 months, they would not receive the message (as they would have received the message the month before). Don't worry, if they already have an appointment, they won't receive the message.
What if I don’t want to send out one of the automated email types?
No worries, you have the option to turn each message on or off individually so if you want to send Thank You messages, but not Time to Book you can do it!
If my clients unsubscribe from the marketing messages, will they still get appointment reminders?
They sure will! The marketing messages sent out from a different sender than our notifications. If a client unsubscribes from marketing messages, not to worry, they'll continue to get appointment-related notifications (confirmations, reminders, etc.) like normal.
