When a client books his/her appointment, they do have the option to leave you a message at the time of booking and this will show up on your end as you are noticing now!

This is just a little messaging system rather than an email feature at this time, so there isn't quite a way to reply right from that little inbox. What most folks will do is just email the client directly from the client's profile or from their personal email to get in touch if needed.

We love the idea of expanding that feature to make it a two-way email system in our future.
