If you've got extra information that you'd like clients to see when they book with you, you can easily add a personal touch to your client notification emails that are sent out from the system! This is also a great spot to put a link to custom forms or waivers that you have on your website. Here's how:

  1. Head to Settings and open the Policies page
  2. Select the Email Policies tile
  3. Here you can create a custom message that will be included in all client confirmation and reminder emails. You can also specify the email address where you want any client replies to go

Once you hit save this message will be included in both the confirmation and reminder emails right away!

The text message reminders are limited in the number of characters they contain so there isn't a way to add information to those.  Here's an example text reminder:
